Dubai Motor Show was as good as last year in terms of crowd and exhibitors are concerned. But fell short when it comes to hot girls and glamour.
There were some major key players in automotive industry launching their whole new vehicles, plenty of concept cars, a lot of talk and explanations. Anyhow this time except Great Wall Motors I could not find any other Chinese automakers in the hall. Last year there were a lot. I remember I even stepped in a stand thinking it was a Mercedes Benz, only came to know after a few staring and tapping; it was a Chinese replica of a Merc, BYD was the name of the company.
Any way it is a huge fun to see those shining cars there, enjoy the pictures, and let me know your feedback.
Clicked with Canon SLR! I love my Camera!

What a way to start!
No prize for guessing this one!
I have seen many pictures of this BMW Concept car on the net.
Now it is a close up experience. I don't think this one will ever make it to production though.
BMW engine on display!
Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport!
You gonna see this car a lot on the street in coming months. This is brand new Toyota Camry. Style department still have room for improvement, surprisingly it looked smaller than the current 'on going' one! Toyota need a better designer, no doubt!
Which one did you see first, the lady or the car?
Another Concept!
Red flaming Ferrari is a stunner as always!
GMC Seirra HD Concept is crowd puller, especially those young Arabs!
Hankook got a nice display there! The car and the girl!
This is how Hyundai will look like in future!
So good it is; I could not resist to post two pictures of this beast here! Look at the head lights, look at the grill, so tastefully done! Well done Mr.Peter Schreyer. Hey, hang on, can you spot side view mirrors on this vehicle?
No side view mirrors, instead there are cameras that has a display inside the vehicle. When I went for driving test the instructor told me first thing to check was the side view mirrors if it is in viewing angle. Sir, I have a question here...
Jaguar Concept is a surprise winner!
Never thought Jaguar could pull off some thing like this; though it is only a concept.
KTM on display, but not in a KTM stall!
Invader! What a beast!! Looked mighty powerful, how will it be on the road?
Lexus LFA! Rise your hand if you thought this one is a next generation Nissan GTR!
Maserati Kubang is unique, but definitely not a crowd puller! Can you have a wild guess; which platform this vehicle had built on?
Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the connection ends there, the engine is a brand new Maserati V8 bolted to an eight-speed transmission.
McLaren. Guys, I too did not see anything!
Mercedes Benz CLS is a superb looking car, except that right side LED light!
If not warranty the dealer will charge you $2000 for that LED light!! I am sure!
Ladies and Gentlemen;
you are looking at the first Mercedes Benz Car ever produced.
And you thought this is a bicycle huh!?
Mercedes Benz GL tuned!
Honestly this Peugeot 508 looked so up class and luxurious, when you switch the ignition ON; there will be a display unfolding on dash board! and that is your Odometer!
OK, I was so excited and booked a test drive with the dealer.
I will write about it very soon, keep visiting this blog.
After years of struggle and sniffle I think Peugeot had come of age!
This is a concept model of Peugeot, yeah!
This is what we are talking about baby, bring it on!
Hamman made this beast more aggressive!
As if the original one wasn't aggressive enough!
Porsche had it's handful of admirers like my friend who had a Carrera and still weeps about the unfortunate moment he sold it!
Porsche is one car that never looked dull.
Startech version of Range Rover Evoque.
This version of Range Rover is looking good inside and out, but somehow the back seats are too cramped!
Volkswagen had it's moment too.
Mercedes Benz SLR with Brabus kit. Too good, but it is sad that Benz's think tank had clipped it's wings for the brand new version. I like the majestic gull wings better! Germans, bring back those fuck'n wings!
Subaru was the most boring brand on display, except this rally car!
Any guess which car it is?
Here we go, Toyota FT-86 Concept.
And you thought Toyota can make only Corollas and Landcruisers, huh?
Tuatara! WTF? Space ship?
Crowd...
All car freaks!
That's Camaro, I swear!
